The rules of using Booking·Tours.
Pay R2,000/month while subscribed. Pause for off-season at no charge. Cancel anytime. We don't take commission. You own your data.
These terms govern your use of the Booking·Tours platform, provided by Booking·Tours (Pty) Ltd. Using the service means you agree to them.
Subscription & billing
- The platform is R2,000/month while your subscription is active, billed per cycle.
- You can pause for the off-season at no charge — billing stops and your data stays safe.
- Additional admin seats are billed per seat, pro-rated for the rest of the billing cycle.
- Cancel anytime. There is no exit fee and no contract lock-in.
No commission
We do not take a percentage of your bookings — not at 10 a month, not at 1,000. The subscription is the whole cost.
Your data
You own your data and can export it at any time. We host it in South Africa, secure it with row-level security and encryption, and never sell it. See our privacy policy and POPIA page.
Acceptable use
Use the platform to run a legitimate tour or activity business. Don't use it to send unlawful content, abuse the messaging channels, or attempt to breach the security of the service or other tenants.
Payments & refunds
Customer payments are processed through Yoco. Refunds to your customers follow the refund policy you configure. Platform subscription charges are governed by the billing terms above.
Availability & support
We aim for high availability with hourly backups and monitoring, and we provide same-day WhatsApp support during business hours. If your subscription is suspended for non-payment, you retain access to the Billing page to reactivate.
