How fast can we be live?
Onboarding is a single 90-minute Zoom call: we import your tours, set up your subdomain, plug in Yoco, and configure your WhatsApp bot. Your booking site goes live immediately, and your AI host typically joins within 5 business days, subject to Meta approval of your number.
Do you take a commission per booking?
No. Zero percent. Flat R2,000/month regardless of how many bookings you take. No per-booking cut, no percentage surcharge on your customers. The more you grow, the cheaper it gets per booking.
What happens when we close for off-season?
Hit pause and pay R500/month while closed. That fee covers secure data retention, hosting, and backups while you're away. Resume in seconds when your season starts, with no reactivation fee.
